Ronnie Chen is currently the Head of HR for MedTech & OneHR China at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2024. Previously, Ronnie served as Vice President of People and Culture at Roche from 2019 to 2024, and held multiple HR leadership roles at 陶氏化学 from 2016 to 2019, including HR Director for Asia Pacific and Greater China. Ronnie also worked as a Senior HR Leader at The Dow Chemical Company from 2004 to 2010. Ronnie is pursuing studies at East China Normal University.
