Ronny Arijs is an international senior executive with a diverse background in compliance, ethics, and risk management within the Pharma and Medical Device industries. Currently serving as the Healthcare Compliance Director for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Midsize Markets and as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for the Benelux region, Ronny leads and drives healthcare compliance initiatives. Previously, Ronny held significant roles at Grünenthal Group, including Vice President of Global Compliance Management and Global Sustainability. Additionally, Ronny provided consultancy support as a Senior Compliance Consultant and held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare.
