Ruth Imose

Ruth Imose, PhD, is a Global Skills Strategy Leader at Johnson & Johnson and an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at Prairie View A&M University, where they focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. They have held various roles, including Research Science Expert at McKinsey & Company, where they led people research projects. Ruth's experience also includes an internship in the Experienced HR Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson and various positions at Northern Illinois University, where they contributed to teaching and research in psychology. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University.
