Ryan Hilgers

Ryan Hilgers is a Manager of Human Factors & Experience Design at Johnson & Johnson, bringing a progressive background in Human Factors Engineering. They hold a B.S. in Human Factors Psychology and an M.S. in Human Factors and Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they conducted notable thesis research on preventable adverse drug events in healthcare. Ryan has experience in system and product development, GUI design, and usability testing, along with a strong understanding of various regulatory guidelines. In addition to their current role, they have held positions as a Lead Engineer and a Consultant, contributing to critical product development efforts in the medical device field.
