Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly is an Associate Director of Strategy & Operations at Johnson & Johnson and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ryan began their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed forecasting and quarter close activities for a global $240 million budget, resulting in over $15 million in cumulative savings and earning the Standards of Leadership award. After a marketing role at Church & Dwight, where Ryan identified cost-saving opportunities, they founded a search fund, raising funding from 16 investors while leading a team of analysts. Currently, Ryan works in strategic finance at PepsiCo, supporting the International Beverages business and its senior leadership team. As a first-generation college graduate, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
