Ryan McCool

Ryan McCool is an accomplished author and keynote leadership speaker with extensive experience in supply chain management. Previously, they served in various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Director of CAR-T Supply Planning and End-to-End Planning Leader for Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Ryan began their career as an Aviation Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps. They are currently the founder of McCool Leadership Development, where they train future leaders in military leadership principles and their application in corporate settings. Ryan holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a BS in Political Science and Economics from Temple University.
