Scott Oloff is a Data Science and ML/AI leader with over 20 years of experience in driving global R&D teams towards digital innovation. They previously served as a Research Scientist at Biogen Idec and held leadership roles at Roche and Boehringer Ingelheim, where Scott established learning loop data strategies and automated data pipelines. Currently, as the VP of R&D Data Science at Johnson & Johnson, Scott drives the application of data science to enhance the efficiency and quality of new treatments. Scott earned a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
