Prior to this role, Shiva held the position of VP - Principal FPM Architect at NEC Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing business development and delivery of large-scale financial performance management and analytics initiatives for Fortune 100 clients. Shiva's earlier career includes significant roles at NEC Corporation of America and AIG, where expertise in financial and accounting systems was developed. Educational qualifications include an M.S.
