Silvana Pires

Silvana Pires is a Senior Tax Planning Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they have been responsible for Brazilian direct tax planning, tax controversy, and Transfer Pricing since September 2022. With a decade of experience at BIG4 companies and five years as the Head of Taxes at Brasil Pharma, they have developed a strong foundation in tax management. Silvana has pursued further education in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG at UC Berkeley Extension and is currently engaged in Master's programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Babson College. Embracing challenges with a sense of fun, Silvana balances their professional life with family, including children Felipe and Julia, and enjoys travel, learning, and reading biography books.
