Silvia Chen

Silvia Chen, Ph.D., MBA, is the Head of APAC Interventional Oncology at Johnson and Johnson, where they lead initiatives in the field. With a career that began as a Senior Cell Scientist at the NASA/NIH Center of Three-Dimensional Tissue Culture, they have since held various leadership roles, including Director of Research at LifeNet Health and Director of R&D at Ethicon, Inc. Their extensive expertise encompasses project management, business development, and strategic planning. Silvia earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
