Simon Neill is the Chair of the board at the European Justice Forum and serves as Senior Director of Legal Policy & Risk Management EMEA at Johnson & Johnson. They have been with Johnson & Johnson since 2001, where they head the competition law group for the Europe, Middle-East, and Africa regions and provide senior counsel for a multi-billion dollar medical device business. Prior to this, Simon was a lawyer at Coudert Brothers from 1994 to 2001, focusing on competition law and merger control, and worked as a researcher/paralegal at the European Commission from 1991 to 1993. Simon earned a degree in Law with French Law from The University of Birmingham between 1987 and 1991 and is currently affiliated with Perse School.
