Sonali Sharma

Sonali Sharma currently serves as the Vice President of Environmental Sustainability at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities include leading the strategic development of the enterprise's environmental stewardship strategy. Previously, Sonali held the position of Director of Global Brand Management at FINCA International, overseeing brand marketing efforts in multiple regions and establishing a global brand framework. Additional experience includes consultancy work in corporate social responsibility and brand strategy at Cone, co-founding the social impact startup Gively, and directing brand strategy projects at Interbrand for major consumer goods brands. Early career roles included brand management at Procter & Gamble and account management at Quadrem. Sonali holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA in Marketing and International Business from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a BBA in Marketing from the College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
