Sonam Sethi has held multiple HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson since August 2021, including HR Leader for Electrophysiology US Commercial and Surgical Vision Supply Chain, as well as HR Leader for Robotics and Digital R&D, focusing on advancing robotics talent initiatives. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Sethi served as an HR Business Partner at GE Digital, providing comprehensive HR leadership across various C-Suite functions. Sethi is a graduate of GE's Human Resources Leadership Program, completing rotations in HR management, total rewards, and learning & development. Earlier internships at General Electric, Whirlpool Corporation, and Schlumberger contributed to developing a robust foundation in human resources. Sethi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science from Michigan State University.
