Steven Goh

Steven Goh is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition across various industries and regions. Beginning a career as a Talent & Culture Intern at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences, Steven progressed through roles, ultimately serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. At TRAPO Malaysia, Steven worked as a Human Resources Executive, managing recruitment and staffing processes. Following that, Steven held the position of Regional Recruitment Specialist at British American Tobacco, where talent acquisition efforts were directed toward the South Pacific and regions including New Zealand and Pakistan. Currently, Steven is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on Malaysia and Indonesia. Steven holds a degree from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, completed in 2018.
