Steven Reed

Steven Reed possesses extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors. Since January 2011, Steven has held multiple leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, culminating in the position of Global Head Executive Search, where responsibilities include partnering with various HR and business leaders to enhance the global supply chain talent strategy. Prior to this, Steven served as Vice President of Operations at Townsend & Associates, Inc., providing strategic direction to optimize growth and profitability. Earlier career experiences include roles at Forgotten Equity, Inc., Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Automatic Data Processing, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University.
