Sushil Tripathi

Sushil Tripathi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in microbiology, quality management, and product development within the environmental and sanitation sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Biotic Organic Solution since 2018, Sushil has focused on manufacturing wastewater treatment solutions and probiotic products for aquaculture. In conjunction, Sushil has served as Head of R&D at Greenerect LLP since January 2016, leading initiatives in organic disinfectants and enzyme-based products. Previous roles include positions in microbiology and quality management across various companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Microtrol Sterilisation Services Pvt. Ltd. Sushil holds a Master's degree in microbiology from RML Awadh University, completed in 2007.
