Tamara Sonon

Tamara Sonon is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Janssen Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation at Johnson & Johnson since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sonon was a Supply Chain Integrator at US Fleet Forces Command, where responsibilities included coordinating supply operations and developing readiness policy. With over two decades of experience in the US Navy, Sonon held various leadership positions in inventory management, procurement, and logistics, managing teams of up to 190 personnel. Notable achievements include serving as Supply Chain Director at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support and as Logistics Advisor for the United Nations in Mali. Sonon's educational background includes an MBA in Supply Chain & Operations Management from William & Mary and a B.S. in Biology from The City College of New York.
