Tara Brown is a seasoned capabilities manager with over a decade of experience in program management, business strategy, process integration, and product implementation. Currently, at Johnson & Johnson, Tara develops and manages processes to ensure compliant product and customer delivery in distribution operations. Previously, Tara held significant roles at Microsoft and AT&T, driving innovative initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs. Tara is also pursuing a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
