Tim Grimes

Tim Grimes has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Leader for Global Development at Johnson & Johnson since August 2015. In this role, Tim provides strategic HR support focused on talent, organization, and culture for the J&J Innovative Medicine Global Development organization. Previous positions at Johnson & Johnson included HR Leader for Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance and various senior recruiting roles, where Tim collaborated with business leaders to attract high-level talent across multiple sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Northbound Executive Search and roles at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and 1080 Group Inc. Tim holds a BA in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Rutgers University.
