Tim Martin

Tim Martin, PhD, is a Senior Data Science Leader with over 15 years of experience in industrial research and development. They worked as a Staff Research Scientist II at Johnson Controls, developing advanced modeling techniques, and contributed as a Sr. Research & Development Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., specializing in simulation and control of diesel engine systems. At GE Digital, they created data-driven predictive analytic solutions for the Predix platform and are currently a Senior Manager in Data Science at Johnson & Johnson, where they manage an international team focused on optimizing supply chains through predictive analytics. Tim holds a PhD from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, an MS from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor’s degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
