Tim Schärff

Tim Schärff is currently the Sr. Manager QA Parenterals at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead quality assurance initiatives in drug product manufacturing. With extensive intercultural experience as an expatriate in Shanghai, China, Tim has contributed significantly to GMP compliance and the ramp-up of sterile filling processes in a global setting. Previously, they held roles in various companies, including Boehringer Ingelheim and Alcon, where Tim specialized in project coordination, supplier quality engineering, and process development. Tim earned a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Engineering in Process Engineering, further enhancing their expertise in biotechnology and GMP standards.
