Toby Richardson

Toby Richardson is a Senior Director of External Scientific Innovation for Johnson & Johnson EMEA with over 20 years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Previously, Toby held positions at AstraZeneca and The Institute of Cancer Research, where they managed various roles in business development and licensing. Toby's expertise includes negotiation, closing major licensing deals, and alliance management. They earned a PhD in Oncology from The Institute of Cancer Research, University of London, after completing a double honours BSc in Biochemistry and Chemistry at the University of Southampton.
