Tom Conniff

Tom Conniff is a Vice President of Regulatory Law at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead the Pharmaceuticals Regulatory Legal Team. With extensive experience in health care, particularly in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, Tom has provided strategic legal counsel on complex regulatory issues throughout their career. Previously, they held various legal positions, including Assistant General Counsel and Management Board Attorney, at notable companies such as C. R. Bard, Janssen Inc., and Stryker Corporation. Tom is also actively involved in industry policy initiatives, serving as Co-Chair of the AdvaMed Legal Committee Working Group on Advancing Value-Based Health Care. They are pursuing a BA/MA in History and a J.D. in Law.
