Tom Conroy

Tom Conroy is a Senior Manager of Technology Services Operations at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing product management for critical Technology Services tools and leading roadmap development across the product lifecycle. With extensive management experience in Information Technology, Tom has previously held positions as QA Manager at various organizations, including ALK Technologies and Automatic Data Processing, where they implemented quality assurance architectures and enhanced software development processes. Tom is also skilled in project management, having managed significant budgets and resources at multiple companies, including Prudential and Albridge Solutions.
