Tom Pai

Tom Pai is currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Director at Johnson & Johnson, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific as the Regional Audit and Regulatory Compliance Director from 2020 to 2024. Tom’s earlier experience includes multiple roles at AstraZeneca, where they managed global sourcing projects and quality assurance efforts from 2015 to 2017, and at Lonza as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager from 2017 to 2019. Tom earned a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of NSW, completing their studies in 2003.
