Tracy Hottovy

Tracy Hottovy is the Director of Project Management at Johnson & Johnson, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Vice President of New Farms at AeroFarms, leading the execution and build-out of new farm operations from 2021 to 2025. Tracy also served as the Site Manager and VP of Operations at Fresenius Kabi USA from 2016 to 2021, where they built out a pharmaceutical site comprising over half a million square feet of manufacturing space. Earlier in their career, Tracy worked at BD from 2003 to 2016 as a Plant Manager, where they constructed a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant for sterile injectables. Tracy earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1985.
