Tron Schell is a recent graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. With experience as a Food Server and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant Co-op, Tron analyzed the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on supply chains and employment using various data analysis tools. Tron further developed professional skills during multiple internships at Johnson & Johnson, including as a Summer Technology Intern, where Tron created a meeting system for interns, and held positions as a Spring and Fall Technology Intern, focusing on website optimization and developing critical business planning tools. In addition, Tron has contributed as a Data Engineer, enhancing dataset refresh rates and implementing a Gen AI application to improve data retrieval efficiency while mentoring peers in Python development.
