Currently, they serve as the Director of Enterprise Digital Transformation & Portfolio at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead initiatives focused on HR digital transformation and operational excellence. Previously, Ushmita held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Director of Enterprise Learning & Development and IT Manager, where they managed global technology strategies and HR system integrations.
