Vincent Sommella

Vincent Sommella is the Assistant General Counsel for Business Development at Johnson & Johnson, where they have served since 2025. Prior to this role, they held senior legal positions at Sika and Buzzi Unicem USA, and worked as Corporate Counsel at Cengage Learning. They began their legal career as a Law Clerk at OSI Pharmaceuticals. Vincent earned a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and holds a degree from Hofstra University.
