Wei Zhang is currently the Associate Director of CSC PDMS at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2015. Prior to this, Wei worked as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader at Lonza from 2008 to 2010, and also served as a Senior Sales Manager and Project Manager at Zhejiang Hengdian Imp.& Exp. Co. Ltd. from 2011 to 2015. Wei started their career as a Scientist at WuXi AppTec and the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry between 2002 and 2004. Wei earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, completing the degree in 2008.
