Wei Zhou is currently a Sourcing Manager in Global Procurement at Johnson & Johnson, where they are responsible for managing contracts, supplier assessments, and ensuring reliable supplies from external manufacturers. Previously, they worked as a Process Manager at Novartis, China, leading the commissioning of a solvent recovery plant and successfully preparing for FDA audits. Wei also served as a PU Coordinator at Novartis, contributing to the technical transfer of drug intermediates from lab to industry-scale. Wei holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
