Wendy Weng has a diverse background in marketing operations, sales, and business intelligence, with significant experience at leading companies such as Eli Lilly China and Johnson & Johnson. At Eli Lilly, Wendy served as a Marketing Operation Leader, focusing on HCP/Event process excellence and digital integration, as well as in several roles including Procurement Specialist and Business Intelligence Manager, where notable achievements included project enhancements and effective audit execution.
