Wes Patterson

Wes Patterson has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily within the Johnson & Johnson family of companies since 1986. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Flawless Project Execution at Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Engineering & Technical Operations, Wes plays a key role as an internal consultant for project management and engineering. Notable achievements include managing major projects such as a $20 million automation effort at Personal Products and leading the engineering efforts to relocate a $60 million manufacturing operation from Japan to China. Wes holds an MBA in Technology Management and an MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
