Will Acton

Will Acton, MBA, is a skilled leader at Johnson & Johnson with a decade of experience in building and leading teams, focusing on achieving both short and long-term goals. They previously served in various capacities in the US Army, including Assistant Operations Officer and Military Intelligence Officer, where they excelled in mission coordination and team mentorship. Additionally, Will has held several roles at Johnson & Johnson, such as Manager of Global Trade Controls, where they are responsible for pivotal digital products and process improvements.
