Will Mak

Will Mak is an accomplished Operational Excellence Lead at Johnson & Johnson Medical, leveraging extensive experience in Operations Management, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement across the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. They have successfully managed cross-sector projects and delivered significant capital and cost-saving initiatives within supply chain operations. Previously, Will held senior engineering and project management roles at companies such as B. Braun Group, Dell, and Campbell Soup Company, contributing to critical projects and driving operational efficiencies. Will earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) HONS in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Industrial Engineering at INTI College Subang Jaya.
