Youjin Kim

Youjin Kim is the Director of Process Engineering at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Senior Director in downstream manufacturing at Bionova Scientific from 2021 to 2022 and held engineering positions at Samsung BioLogics between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist II in cell culture process development at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2012 to 2015 and as a Manufacturing/Research Associate at MedImmune from 2009 to 2012. Youjin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
