Youman Lu

Youman (Youcai) Lu is currently the Regional Network Director at Johnson & Johnson, where they focus on supply chain management and business development. Prior to this role, they held various positions at GlaxoSmithKline, including Business Development Director and Head of China Customer Service Organization. With a background in IT management from their time as VP at Hisun Pharmaceutical, Youman has amassed extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations. They obtained their education from China Pharmaceutical University between 1985 and 1989.
