Yuko Morikawa

Yuko Morikawa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Business Unit HR at Johnson & Johnson since 2018, where they provide support in talent management and leadership coaching. Previously, at DXC Technology, they led HR policy harmonization efforts across Japan and the Middle East during the company's spin-off from Hewlett Packard. Yuko's earlier roles at HP included HR Generalist and HR Planning & Total Rewards Specialist, where they contributed to employee engagement and developed compensation programs. They earned a BA in International Relations from Hitotsubashi University and studied at the Australian National University.
