Andrea Costa

Andrea Costa currently serves as the Business Performance Director and Clean Air Operations Finance Director at Johnson Matthey, overseeing finance activities across 13 countries and providing strategic leadership to enhance operational performance. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Sector FP&A Director for Clean Air at MSD Animal Health Limited, managing financial control and strategic support within the organization. Andrea's experience also includes positions at MSD, where responsibilities ranged from Financial Planning & Analysis for the UK Human Health sector to R&D financial support, as well as roles in commercial finance at Tesco Stores Ltd and InBev. Andrea holds a Joint BA (Hons) in French and Production Management from the University of Surrey, and has also studied Economic Sciences at the Université de Perpignan in France.
