Dejan Rulev

Dejan Rulev is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operational service management and IT service delivery, primarily within the EMEA region at Johnson Matthey since April 2009, where roles have included Senior Operational Service Manager and Senior IT Service Delivery Manager. Responsibilities have encompassed the operational delivery of IT services, coordination of support and maintenance for IT systems, and management of large-scale change programs. Previously, Dejan held the position of IT Project Manager at Smart Solutions from February 2000 to April 2009 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Energetics and Automation from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, completed in 2000.
