Katerina Sonevska

Katerina Sonevska serves as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Johnson Matthey Macedonia since June 2012, where responsibilities include leading HR digitalization projects, data analytics, strategic workforce planning, budgeting, reporting, payroll control, and audit support. Previously, Katerina held various roles within the same company, including HR Services Lead and Compensation, Benefits, and HR Planning Coordinator, focusing on HR services management, data analysis, and workforce planning. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Manager at Iskra Steel Construction, Junior Associate for public administration at the General Secretariat of the Government of Republic of Macedonia, and Intern at the Parliament of Republic of Macedonia. Katerina holds a Master in Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, a PG Certificate in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the Law Faculty at the University St. Kiril and Methodius in Skopje.
