Matthew Holding

Matthew Holding is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and development. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Johnson Matthey since September 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Process Development Engineer at Dyson from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells, where Matthew worked as both Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer from July 2017 to September 2021, focusing on continuous improvement for high volume manufacturing of fuel cell components. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, completed in 2017.
