Simona Kovacheva

Simona Kovacheva has been with Johnson Matthey since July 2014, serving in various roles including Manufacturing Performance Analyst, Production Line Engineer, and Senior Line Engineer, where responsibilities included continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis, and monitoring project effectiveness. Prior experience includes a secondment to the IPS team, multiple internships focused on tool design and CNC programming, and volunteer work with IAESTE, contributing to event organization and logistics. Simona holds a Master of Science in Safety at Work and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Informatics from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
