Simran Sembhy

Simran Sembhy currently serves as the Global Security Director at Johnson Matthey, leading the Group Security function since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Head of Security Programmes at Johnson Matthey, Senior Manager of Corporate Security at Gilead Sciences, and Global Account Director at Securitas UK, where responsibilities spanned enterprise security, crisis management, and implementation of security projects. Simran's tenure at Control Risks featured significant roles, including Director for East Africa and South East Asia, overseeing large teams and budgets while driving client service excellence. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Security Director for Fox Networks Group in the APAC and Middle East, managing high-profile security needs during major events.
