Tom Eltis

Tom Eltis is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Sector Quality Manager at Johnson Matthey since October 2014. Eltis has held various roles within the company, including Customer Quality Manager for Hydrogen Technology and Global Business Systems Manager, and oversees several teams focused on new product introduction (NPI) and customer quality. Prior to joining Johnson Matthey, Eltis worked as a Research Assistant at Pretoma, contributing to sea turtle conservation efforts in Costa Rica. Eltis also gained experience in quality engineering and inspection at Perkins Engines Company Limited and AIXTRON SE. Eltis holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.
