Carl McGloughlin

Carl McGloughlin, PE, CBSI, is a Senior Associate at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where responsibilities include senior structural project management since January 2017. Previously, Carl served as the Highway Infrastructure Service Leader at Borton-Lawson from January 2011 to December 2016, focusing on bridge replacement and maintenance projects for PennDOT and other local municipalities. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Civil Engineering at Cherry, Weber & Associates, where Carl managed various governmental projects in New Jersey, and as a Staff Engineer at T&M Associates, specializing in roadway and parking lot design. Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, along with completion of the Leadership Program at Leadership Lehigh Valley.
