David Keffer

David Keffer is a seasoned professional in the field of construction management, currently serving as Sr. Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since January 1998. In this role, David leads the Maryland Transportation Construction Management Division, overseeing marketing, business development, and daily operations related to construction engineering services, which include project management, construction inspection, CPM scheduling, dispute resolution, and claims analysis. Prior to this position, David held the role of Project Manager at Structural Preservation Systems from 1991 to 1998 and worked as a Project Engineer at McLean Contracting Company from 1984 to 1991. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University and a Master of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
