Derek Morin

Derek Morin, PE, PMP, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Division Manager for Municipal/Water/Wastewater Engineering at Pennoni since September 2022. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson for over 23 years, overseeing significant projects such as the Oregon Ave. 24-inch Sewer Main and multiple stormwater pump stations. Derek's previous experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Wallace Montgomery, where major projects included various water main replacements and sewer rehabilitation efforts for WSSC and Loudoun Water. With a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Derek has a strong educational foundation to complement extensive project experience in the engineering field.
