Garth Donahue

Garth Donahue, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and design. Since January 2005, Garth has served as the Director of the Design Center of Excellence at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where responsibilities include overseeing advanced design services, research and development, and interdisciplinary coordination. Garth has held various roles, including Transportation Section Head and Project Manager, managing teams and multiple highway design contracts. Prior experience includes positions as a Design Engineer at Vollmer Associates, a Field/Lab Technician at the Pennsylvania Transportation Institute, and a Construction Inspector at PennDOT. Garth began a professional career in construction as a Carpenter at Corbet Construction Inc. and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University with a focus on Structures, Transportation, and Materials.
