Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith, P.E. is an accomplished Project Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since May 2012, with a focus on water and wastewater engineering, including sewage pump station design, water line design, and wastewater treatment plant design. Demonstrated expertise in sanitary sewer flow monitoring, infiltration/inflow analysis, and sewershed rehabilitation design is complemented by experience in developing contract drawings, specifications, and design reports. Matthew presented at the 2014 Tri-Association Conference, discussing I/I analysis. Prior to this role, experience as a Civil Engineering Co-op at Entech Engineering Inc. involved working on various natural gas and municipal projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Widener University, graduated in 2012, and earned a diploma from Jim Thorpe Area High School in 2008.
